5.5 million kilometres each year, not 1 accident

In highly complex operations involving large, specially equipped facilities, vehicle fleets and numerous regional hubs in collecting, forwarding and delivering all sorts of sensitive cargo, staff training, strict adherence to finely tuned process and perfect coordination are of vital importance.

All 9,000 packages entrusted to us daily by our clients reach their destinations safely, reliably and in perfect condition due to the total quality that central control and our homogeneous corporate culture generate.

Total quality

Ranging from ISO 9001:2008 and the TÜV NORD CERT (Ministerial Act 1348/2004) certification for storage and distribution of medical products to the certification of working conditions by international auditors and the highly specialised medical vigilance personnel training, even temporary storage of medical products requires the highest standards of quality and procedure.

Risk analysis, assessment and management, business continuity and contingency planning, our own corporate product-, facility- and vehicle security procedures and training programmes as well as the adoption of GDPs (Good Distribution Practices) are only some of the processes established to ensure quality at every stage and at the highest possible standard.

People make processes work and this is the reason Intralink Logistics has sought and acquired certification by Intertek (the international working conditions auditing organisation) achieving marks (78 general, 83 for the facilities) that exceed the Greek average (67) by far and go some way in explaining the professionalism, care and devotion of our people to their work.

Corporate Social Responsibility is yet another result of the company’s total quality approach and encompasses both care for the environment as well as the local communities and society in general. Far from the lights of publicity Intralink Logistics offers free transportation to special purpose organisations and foundations, reduces consecutively her CO2 footprint by tilting her fleet of vehicles towards the environmentally more responsible Euro 6 category and actively contributes to the recycling effort with a multitude of packaging materials involved in her daily activities.
